Easy to make, healthy and delicious Nacho Salad.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lettuce
  • 2pcs. cucomber
  • 3pcs. tomatoes
  • 1 pc white onion
  • 1 cap corn kernel
  • FOR DRESSING:
  • 220ml mayonnaise
  • 2pcs. kalamansi (juiced)
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1tbsp. of honey
  • evap milk
  • Nacho
  • cheese

Method

Step 1

Prepare the Base - wash and dry your choice of mixed greens such as LETTUCE and place in a large salad bowl, be sure it's already dry to prevent watery salad.

Step 2

Chop Vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, and white onion into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Add Vegetables to Salad -Toss the chopped vegetables into the salad bowl and add corn kernel

Step 4

Make Dressing - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, kalamansi juice, pinch of black pepper and garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. of salt , 1tsbp. of honey and add evap milk depends on the consistency of the dressing that you want.

Step 5

Serve with Chips - Place a portion of Nacho chips, tortilla chips or vegetable chips on the side of each salad

Step 6

optional: lastly put same grated cheese on the top

Step 7

Serve the healthy salad with chips and enjoy your nutritious and satisfying meal! and please remember to adjust ingredient quantities based on the number of servings needed and your personal preferences. ENJOY...
